OnLink Documentation

OnLink is a lightweight app that provides integrations to enterprise applications. Using OnLink, users of Jira and JSM can configure their request types or issues to pull or push data to supported applications. For instance, users can configure OnLink to submit a New Hire request to Workday once an employee submits a request via JSM portal. Using OnLink, you can quickly and easily establish the connection and provide the following advantages:

• Authentication: The connector uses published APIs to establish the connection. User provided credentials are used for authentication.

• Endpoint Configuration: Each Connector is custom configured to connect to one instance of an application.

• Data Mapping: Each Connector lists out the methods supported along with data input and output expected to invoke the service.
