OnSurvey helps Workday customers gather feedback from their stakeholders. It’s built natively in Workday on the Built on Workday platform. Sensitive survey response data is stored only in your tenant, and is governed by security policies to restrict access.
App Features
App admins can create and send surveys - one time, scheduled, event driven
Survey submissions are stored within Workday and can be joined with existing Workday data for further analysis
Surveys can be taken with authentication or anonymously
User Personas
Survey Functional Admins - create surveys, templates; access to response data related to their functional area (e.g. HCM Functional admin has access to HCM surveys and not Financial ones)
Survey Response Viewers - functional admins can securely share responses with viewers
