App Setup

Here are the steps to setup OnSurvey once it is installed in the tenant. Installation of the app happens after Workday provisions it and a customer admin installs it.

  1. Configure Security - see here

  2. Setup Integration System User - see here

  3. Set App Attributes (OnSurvey API Key and OnSurvey API URL) - values will be provided by the Onward team

  4. Configure web application - see here

  5. Create a custom task for easy access to the app (Application ID and Site ID is surveyapp_yxwrnz for US and surveyapp_glpvgc for EU) by accessing “Create Task”. If you don't find this task, please enable its domain security policy also called “Create Task”.
