Follow the steps below to get started with OnRewards in less than 5 mins.
Step 1: Configure Points
Go to the configuration screen.
Choose the number of points you want to give away each month.
Click "Save" to enable your Access the configuration tab, choose account, set monthly point allocation for each employee, and enable team members to start awarding points to their peers.

Step 2: Awarding Points
Once points are configured, users can award points to their peers for completing an activity.
The recipient of the points will receive an email notification, letting them know that they have received points.

To award points, users can navigate to the activity feed, where they can find the option to give rewards.
Clicking on the "Give Reward" button will open a tab that displays the recipients and corresponding points.
In the tab, users can select one or multiple recipients for the reward. This enables efficient recognition for multiple individuals simultaneously.
Additionally, users have the option to personalize the reward by adding a personalized message. If needed, they can utilize the suggestion comment feature, located next to the message tab, to help craft a meaningful message.
To enhance the reward, users can choose an appropriate image from a wide variety of options provided, ensuring the image aligns with the situation and the recipients.
Once all the necessary information has been provided, users can click "Submit" or "Confirm" to finalize the reward and award the points.
The recipients of the points will receive an email notification, promptly notifying them about the recognition they have received.

Step 3: Redeeming Points
Once users have been awarded points, they can go to the shopping store to redeem them.
