Getting Started In 5 mins

Follow the steps below to get started with OnRewards in less than 5 mins.

Step 1: Configure Points

Configure the number of "house" points you want your employees to give away each month, and optionally enable the Gift Card redemption feature.

Step 2: Awarding Points

Use the Give Reward form to give points to your peers. You can also use the "OnRewards" task action on any Jira ticket or simply type a Jira comment like the examples below.

Examples:

@OnRewards give +20 to @Prabhu Palanisamy +You did a good job in building the explainer video

@OnRewards give + 40 to @Mahender Reddy (Unlicensed) +For resolving most number of tickets last week.

Step 3: Redeeming Points

After receiving points, users can visit the store to redeem them by selecting the desired item and clicking "Redeem."
