Follow the steps below to get started with OnRewards in less than 5 mins.

Step 1: Configure Points

  1. In the configuration tab, under the account settings, you can set the monthly point allocation for each employee and allow team members to begin giving points.

Step 2: Awarding Points

Configure the point settings to allow users to grant points to their peers once activities are completed, and consider activating email notifications for recipients if desired.

Examples:

@OnRewards give +20 to Prabhu Palanisamy +You did a good job in building the explainer video

@OnRewards give + 40 to Mahender Reddy (Unlicensed) +For resolving most number of tickets last week.

Step 3: Redeeming Points

After receiving points, users can visit the store to redeem them by selecting the desired item and clicking "Redeem."
