Setting up OnLink AI is a two step process similar to our OnLink app. You first configure system connection and then set up Jira post functions.
To configure a connection, go to Connections tab and click on “Add Connection”. Then select appropriate Auth Option (based on the API you are trying to connect to). And provide the remaining fields e.g. username, password, etc.
To execute OnLink, we need to configure a post function. Here’s a quick video that walks through the configuration steps.
