Welcome to OnLink AI!

OnLink AI allows you to integrate Jira and JSM with any REST API. You can the use OnLink AI configured integrations from Post Functions, Jira Automations or from Rovo Agents. OnPost provides the below.

  • Authentication: Securely configure connections with any type of authentication mechanism including API Token, OAuth, etc.

  • Function Configuration: Once connection is establishes, you can call any of the API functions supported by the endpoint.

  • Field Mapping: OnPost provides an easy way for you to map both input and output fields from API request and response.

Getting started

Install OnLink AI by gong to Atlassian Marketplace
Configure a connection to your desired system
Configure a post function from your project’s workflow and include a step for OnLink AI
Complete field mapping as desired
