Configuring Post Functions

Once a connection is configured in the settings page, users can configure a Post Function on Workflow transitions to call a supported HR function. See this link for more information on customizing Jira workflows.

Select OnLink

Here are the steps to be followed to enable OnLink to make the right invocations.

Select Function

Functions are methods that we support for the given end point e.g For Workday, Get Worker Attributes is a method we support.

Input Field Mapping

 

For the selected function, user can select the input mapping to be used pass to the function. Supported field types are string (short text) and date.

Output Field Mapping

Based on the project requirements, users can select the attributes that they want to map to the output fields.

Once completed this function is now available to be used as part of the workflows.
